Shipping Policy
Delivery is free to all mainland UK addresses for stock sizes ordered on our website. Bespoke orders or panel builder enquiries may be subject to a delivery charge if the order value is less than £100 net. Our main shipping partner is APC Overnight, who offer a next working day delivery service to most mainland UK addresses. For customers in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or other extremities please allow an extra day or two for delivery.
We may use other couriers, such as UPS or DHL when APC Overnight cannot guarantee a fast delivery solution. If you have a preference on the courier we use then please mention this in the order notes. All of our parcels are sent on a fully tracked service, where our customers will usually receive a text message on the day of delivery with an allocated time slot.

Returned access panels must be in their original condition, free from any damage or scratches. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
3. Inclusion of Template:

Along with the returned access panel, please ensure that the template provided with the original packaging is included. This ensures that all components necessary for the return are accounted for.

After completion of the form above, we'll be in touch with a pre-paid returns label and more instructions to arrange the successful return of your item. Once we receive it back and check, we will provide a full refund or replacement.

Bespoke Orders
As these panels are manufactured on a made-to-order basis, we cannot accept returns for these panels.
